All homes are considered Builder Spec Homes. Changes from original Specifications, as supplied by the builder prior the Agreement of Sale, is not allowed. Changes to the builder Specifications can ONLY be changed prior to the any other work being started at the end of the framing. NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER FRAMING IS COMPLETED. The only exception to this would be for the addition of a finished basement.
