The owners of Fairway Construction have been building new homes since the year 2000. In that time they have built or renovated approximately 200 homes. Along the way they have built single stand alone homes as well as being the owners of several multi unit subdivisions. “ We have built or renovated just about every style of home on the market. Lake Ariel presents its own unique setting and we are excited to not only be building SPEC homes but also building our own private home, in the Hideout. We intend to live where we work, says Rich Patterson, owner of Fairway Construction.” At Fairway Construction, we are committed to superior quality and results for each of our home buyers and we have interviewed and selected many local contractors who have a business history in Lake Ariel.
